Blueberry Basil Smoothie

Ciao Tutti,

This morning I noticed a bag of fresh basil on the counter when I went to make my blueberry smoothie, so I popped some in and it was delish!  It's so easy to get stuck pairing basil only with tomatoes, but try this and see what you think.

What you need:

1 cup Almond Milk

1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

4-10 leaves basil (depending how basily you like it)

Couple leaves kale (optional)

Avocado (optional)

A spoonful of spirulina powder

Dash of vanilla

Maple syrup to sweeten to your liking

Blend it all together and enjoy!
